How does pay-as-you-go work?

WhatsApp pricing follows Meta's conversation-based model — you're charged per 24-hour conversation, not per message, and you only pay when a message is delivered. You pay for the conversations you actually use, on top of your platform plan.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect on your next billing cycle and any difference is prorated.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No hidden setup or onboarding fees — guided onboarding and channel activation are included with every paid plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

In India we accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfers. International customers can pay by card; enterprise customers can also be invoiced.
